Reports came out earlier this week that the 49ers have made some changes to the coaching staff as Will said that both he and his staff kind of knew it was going to happen, but you wished that something would change but it just didnât happen. Will said that when you have groups that donât reach their potential you have to make changes as he had to separate friendships with some of these coaches in order to change things up.
Doesnât sound like weâll be changing from the 4-2-5 anytime soon.
Keeping the DC?
Typical charlotte. Look at the big boys and look at us. We donât do anything the same way. #Family #liloluncc
I really thought we would get rid of that thinking when Judy left⌠but then we hired a football coach who does the same thing⌠just odd. I donât see how you donât look at the results from the defense this year and get rid of the entire staff⌠friends are great, but if you lose you will get to hang out with your friends all the time while unemployed.
Charlotte Observer: The Charlotte 49ersâ best defensive player is coming back. He has something to prove.

Do we really know that he is staying with West as DC
Iâm Not a fan of either coordinator
If he were leaving for whatever reason, heâd be gone by now. Heâs not going. I think there needs to be a deeper cleaning and refreshing of our defensive staff. Not going to happen. Not looking forward to next year now. Same old crap.
Hell Co coordinators are a problem in itself. If no one separates themselves to be the better fit for the job get rid of both of them. It us about results and accountability.
Healy is starting to look like he is running his operation like a 4A High School Coach.
Since Healy Is showing he is not man enough for the job by not firing the defensive coordinators, Hill need to step in and do it for him
clt says this is like on the office when jim and michael were co managers. didnt work there either
It doesnât sound like it. From the interview it sounds like we are going to be hiring someone, and I will assume it is DC.
Unlike 99% of the people that talk, I never drank the Healy/Hill Kool-Aid. Healy is nothing more than a used car salesman. While he may have garnered a few decent transfers, none of his own prospects have really panned out. Think about it, as more and more Lambert kids leave the program (by transfer/graduation/etc) the worse the seasons are. Healy simply won and got to a Bowl game with Lambertâs kids and has proved he cannot do it on his own. Truth hurts, but this is the truth. It is the players I feel for, having seen first hand from a few of them personally, how they truly feel in regards to the program. They would rather have successful schemes and more wins than being known as the best dancing sideline team with manufactured enthusiasm.
I am not happy with the way things are going but Healy matched Bradâs best season this year. He is doing better but we are ready to go to the next level.
That a good synopsis, we have taken a step forward but if we canât get things fixed on D then we wonât be able to take the next one.
You are absolutely correct.
Looks like someone doesnât desire to face any hard questions.
