Based upon some of the box scores Iāve seen, that might have been for 1 game or last yearās average. It seemed that most games I looked at this year, he was low single digits for both, poor shooting percentage and starting but not playing starters minutes.
I had hoped he would have come back home last year, so I kept checking on him, especially with Louisville becoming a dumpster fire, hoping that maybe heād transfer in for next year. But his numbers this year havenāt been good.
So Iād welcome him home, but probably wouldnāt put him in that missing piece category.
Sounds perfect for Ronās offense. But seriously we should take him in a heartbeat if he ever shows interest in coming to Charlotte. We havenāt had a player with his size & skill set since Ron has been here. Iām beginning to think that is by design.
Teams should be held to how they performed vs what was available to them to schedule. A team in a smaller league god 30-2 or whatever and then loses their conference final should be in. All they did was beat nearly everyone on their schedule. They deserve to be in not the 16-14 P5 program just because the P5 guys lost to better competition. Bottom line is they couldnt win their games. I hate this idea well the smaller conferences should test themselves more when the P5s often wonāt play them. Then the P5 guys say look they didnāt play anyone. Itās a load of crap.
If I was in control.
Have to have a winning conference record to get in.
All the play in games are the last ones into the tournament - no auto qualifiers should have to play in. They already played in.
Greg Sankey will find a way to eliminate non P-5 leagues from getting automatic bids. Thatās next on his quest to make college sports only for certain teams.

Probably the end for Jeff Jones at ODU. Ten seasons with just two that were losing but only one NCAAT appearance. Pretty embarrassing loss as the Monarchs were going for 20th win.
