See that Dayton replaced the seats in UD Arena - all 13,400+ of them!

Before renovations:

Speaking of Dayton, now know that TAMU Corpus Christi coach Steve Lutz pronounces his surname “luhts” instead of what we’re accustomed to.

Glad to see it has been remodeled. It was showing it’s age when I was up there for our tournament games many moons ago. One thing for sure, Dayton supports their play-in games no matter the teams.

Part of a $76 million renovation:

See that one time Niner recruit 6-10 PF Dean Reiber of Greensboro was a DNP for this game. His stats indicate to me that he could be hitting the portal for PT:

BTW, Rutgers one of those teams that many thought got hosed by the NCAAT Selection Committee. Guess not!

Good thing, because Nevada getting doubled up in the first half by ASU (53-26) was red meat for the Conferences-get-bids,-not-teams crowd, who felt like the MWC “stole” bids that belonged to the ACC.

Nevada didn’t score for almost 8 minutes.

No denying MW hasn’t shown up the past 5 years:

Cincinnati about to end Va Tech’s season in the NIT. ACC sucks.
