I’m complained so many times about the officials that I just can’t any more.
I don’t want to be mean, but I am left thinking we simply are not getting enough production from our 2 guard position.
I know we thought losing Jahmir helped team unity, but to me it seems there are far too many nights we could have used him.
True…but dude, they literally called 2 fouls on Rice the first 17.5 minutes of the 2nd half, while calling 8-9 at that point against us…tough to overcome that BS.
I’m usually pretty neutral on officiating but been a lot of head scratching calls (or no calls) this season in ALL of college hoops. Hmm…

They let the clock run after a made field goal in the last minute as well. Something the refs should have noticed and corrected.
I don’t disagree UVille. But I have been griping about the officiating since CUSA play started. They’re terrible.
I’ll try to be positive here and say Patterson and Graves both played well. We need more consistent guard play if we want to win.

I’m sure CUSA will address the clock issues, especially since both teams will no longer be in the league next season.

The lost 1.1 seconds DID make a difference. I suggest the reduced time caused us to be risky with the long in bounds pass.
