Their % finally came back down but it wasnāt until OT.
And I do believe that is a Halton Arena record for 3s in a game.

Igor is really good. I love this team!
Great TEAM effort. Great TEAM win. Love it. ![]()

Three straight wins where this team never quitā¦gotta love that effort. 8-2ā¦avenged an earlier loss, tastes sweet.
Noticed that some officials have decided to āignoreā the emphasis on flopping this season, including looking the other way our game today.
In addition, saw an instance of Detroit Mercy committing an uncalled violation that made the news earlier this week when it was also āmissedā in the Rutgers vs Ohio State game:
It amazing to me when these things get called. Three officials, the speed of the games, and asking them to make a split second decision on was it truly a flop.
They have failed for years to call three seconds, and as they have adding more of these rules I just think itās getting more difficult to call. Almost need a forth official just to be on the lookout for some of these.
The instance of flopping during todayās game was obvious - as in World Cup soccer diva obvious. UDM player actually flopped twice during the same CLT offensive sequence during the second half when we were trailing. As todayās game showed, every point was needed to secure the Niners victory.
clt is going to ask the question.
If we didnāt lose the game in Detroit, would we be ranked or receiving votes?
Hate to be negative because I love the kid, but Brice has become a stand still, emotionless non-factor. I dont know if its left over from his injury but heās more or less just a spectator on the floor.
Most likely not. In the first place, polls are not based solely on performance and we donāt have the requiste reputation or credibility. In the second place, our schedule would be considered soft partly on truth and partly on the rep and cred of our opponents.
Brice has definitely been in a slump the last three games with a total of three points scored, all of which came vs App. Today first game in which he played less than 10 minutes as well. Plus no longer the leading scorer and his average has dipped below double digits to 8.3 ppg.
Watching Indiana vs Arizona and just showed NBA Hall of Famer and Olympic gold medalist Spencer Haywood in the stands. Played collegiately at what was then known as the University of Detroit in the late 1960s.

What a nail biter. Glad we pulled it off. Igor definitely needed some more shot attempts this game. Iām still not liking the defensive side of the ball.
When Braswell went to throw down the hammer did anyone really think from the start it was gonna happen? Iād have to see the replay but seemed like he tried to do that with several guys under the basket. I always like to see the attempt but not sure that one had a chance before it started. Would have been awesome to witness though.
See that Indiana vs Arizona game officials got the memo on flopping.
Count all his 3 point shots as 2 and heād still be about a thousand behind Pete Maravich, who played without a three point line. Congrats on getting to the 3000 plateau.
Patterson was the difference down the stretch penetrated the lane and muscled in shots. I also thought Gipson played as good as defense as could be played against Davis.
Although Brice didnāt score he had two assists. Most athletic out there but canāt seem to find his place. Hope they can figure it out.
Great win against a good team.
Stressful game. Dude hit some amazing shots. Glad we won.

clt says winning is fun
