I don’t think Ron’s contact is a stopping us from firing him. It would either be mostly or entirely offset by his next job. You bring up a good point though about the replacement. Perhaps it’s more about getting into the AAC and getting that media money first if we do have to move on. Fact is though this team could win the league and dance. Just have to wait and see. We’ve had teams in the past that were not ncaa resumes they then won the league.
That’s the one good thing about hiring someone like Ron instead of an unknown 3rd assistant. He’s going to get another good assistant coaching gig. Could see him taking a year off though.

We have had a lot of talk about where the program is. One thing we can say with certainty is crowds are slowly returning to Halton. Winning - regardless against who helps get crowds out and helps build resources and fans for the future. Here is a picture from 2015 and yesterday.
