David was in uniform but did not take BP on the field Friday night. Did not play Friday or Saturday.

Not able to make it out to any of this weekends game, but im always watching, listening or tracking with live stats.
Cunningham killing us in CF. Cost us a triple and the game tying run right there (missed another one earlier as well)…goes from a 3-2 lead, to a 4-3 deficit off that error (might not be scored as an error, but it dang sure was one). No way that should have been scored as a hit for Garcia.
Big 5th inning for us. Some timely hits and a good bit of help from the WK bullpen. Niners up 11-4 now…i think we found the end if their BP.
Dude. You need to try Medical Marijuana. You are a roller coaster during games.

Thank goodness their relief pitchers are as bad as ours. No way should we have an 11-4 lead and blow the lead. Thank their pitching staff for that come back win.

Interesting that on the first conference weekend, there were no sweeps. Every team is 2-1 or 1-2.
I do not follow the Baseball Team closely, but could the inconsistency be from our youth? Seems like we have a lot of Freshman and Sophomores playing a lot.
From a pitching perspective, Woodward seems to pull the pitchers pretty quick. Without knowing the team well, it could be for a variety of reasons.
I also think last year results boosted our expectations and it seems we are struggling compared to last year. However, we are off to a better start this year (11-8 last year and 13-6 this year).

Got the series win despite not playing our best and not being close to 100%. We still gutted it out after losing a big lead yesterday. Maybe that walk-off is the spark we needed.
Certainly not playing our best ball, but we won a pitcher’s duel on Saturday and a slug fest on Sunday. We have seen what this team is capable of and we have the pieces to be really good. Week 1 of C-USA season was a W, only 9 more weeks to go.
