Not sure what league Furman is in since the Arizona Complex League has ended, but he was playing for a Guardians affiliate yesterday in Arizona. No stats are showing up either. Maybe some early Fall Instructional League games? Looks like they are playing the Dodgers affiliate.

Another 2022 draft pick, the Guardians selected Furman in the fourth round out of UNC-Charlotte. He was one of the hardest hitters to strike out in college baseball (49 walks/26 strikeouts in 300 plate appearances, not unlike Steven Kwan and Will Brennan, who would have ended up on this list had he not forced his way into Cleveland in the final month of this season. Furman was also one of the best hitters in the competitive Cape Cod League, hitting .300 before being drafted by Cleveland.
