This program continues to punish those who dare to be fans.
Fearne got the deal and we start looking like crap …of course.
Well that sucked.
Blew yet another 14 point lead to lose. Blew an 11 point halftime lead.
Second halfs this week have been . We are going to be fighting to stay top 4. This was not a good loss, Tulsa not very good. Our guys look tired so hopefully a week off will help. We really need to win our final 3 games. Very disappointed about this one. Fearne needs to rally the troops for these final games.
Come on guys, have a little faith. We still have an excellent chance to finish in the top four with the double bye in the tournament. you would’ve been ecstatic with that potential first of the season. Remember we were picked 13 out of 14 teams preseason
We old f-ckers are running out of time to celebrate a decent team in any of the major sports. I would stop being a fan but I can’t.
We can still finish top 4, but we were in first 2-3 weeks ago. Not going to be excited about losing 3 of 6 since then.
Not gonna dwell on this one either. But it sucks.
Need to work on rebounding.
Blown dunk, missed FT’s and poor decisions down the stretch. Very painful to watch.
We can still finish top 4 but we were dreaming of possibly winning regular season and #1 seed conference tournament at the start of this week. It’s frustrating. I don’t know all the tie breakers but would think we need to win out to stay top 4 (without help).
With 40.5 seconds left… the clock didn’t start immediately. I had to rewind to confirm but it’s true.
In his post game comments, Coach mentioned rebounding, a couple of instances of not finishing around the basket that proved to be critical in the outcome, etc.
Rebounding is effort and desire.
Yep, Coach was definitely not happy about getting out hustled on the boards.
No one on here would have predicted this season and yes it has still been a great season. That being said it is a let down after feeling like we had a real shot at the #1 seed and regular season title. Hope we turn things aroundand finish these last games strong. Would love to get hot again going into conference tourney.
With an eleven-point lead, we started the first second half possession with a turnover that turned into a basket for Tulsa. That was the beginning of our unraveling. We have no margin for error with this group - especially on the road.
