Ridiculous comment.
Guys were wide open due to scheme and coaching and flat out missed shots.
LOLā¦it took the Conference Tourney for us to finally look like the team we expected to be all season long. THIS is how we play at the end of the season?? Top 4 finishā¦hungry to win our first conference game in a decadeā¦for an outside chance to win the tourney and go dancing??
THIS is Pulling a Niner. Laying the biggest egg possible in the biggest game of the year. Alsoā¦against one of the worst teams in the league playing their 3rd game in 3 days with us FULLY rested and supposedly hungry to go on a run.

As good of a job as Fearne did during the seasonā¦this game was an epic failure in every aspect and may be one of the worst coaching jobs in preparation and execution of all time.
With how this team played throughout the yearā¦and with who we were playing and it being their 3rd game in 3 daysā¦and with how motivated we should have beenā¦this game should have been a lay down win.
Epic example of Pulling a Ninerā¦itās what we doā¦and Fearne just perfected it.

Well, some things never change.
Just no hiding our lack of shooters.
Everyone figured it out.
FAU is a better team than Charlotte too. I was proud of them for fighting to the end and keeping it close. Charlotte played above their level and it is good to see.
If Fearne can recruit, bright future. Team was getting solid looks, just hate the defensive lapse about 8 minutes in the second half. Really need a solid anchor in the paint and a wing who can score. The rest of the team is fine.

The commentators kept saying Charlotte plays like Virginia. Virginia also just lost as a 3 seed to a 10 seed making an uncanny run. Talk about commentator curse.

I was listening to this one a few weeks ago for the first time in years. I reckon Iāll post it now since I heard it here first long ago and itās relevant atm.

Today is just what Iāve come to expect as a Niner fan. I was a freshman in fall 2005. I have never seen us have a meaningful March. Sad.
