Jalon should have never been replaced. Robinson shouldâve been the featured back. The defensive backs, well, I have no answer for dudes getting beat long by 20 yards at the catch and td run

Putting Ivey in on passing downs and Jones on rushing downs says they have zero faith in Jonesâ ability to throw the ball. If Jones doesnât have the ability (play calling) to throw it more than a few times a game he shouldnât be starting.

11 couldnât start for Gardner Webb. Remember this? âRun the damn ball!â I do. They obviously forgot. Throw a 30 yard pass, then throw again next play for a 30 yard INT.
So stupid. Blitz when 11 is in and pack the box when 4 is in.

I donât see any difference in the outcomes on the field between Healey and Poggi. We are getting blown out; teams are setting school records against us, and we make and allow embarrassingly awful plays on both sides of the ball.
And this is what we honored our all time greats with?
I gotta tell you folks, if we just folded the athletic program tomorrow, Iâm not sure I would care. I am so sick of it making me either toxic or depressed. We will apparently never be good in revenue sports. Ever. This program is cursed.

Doesnât matter Iâm not sure there are many teams in FBS we can beat. Sunbelt team embarrassed us at home.

As long as Poggi loves the kids, then i guess it doesnât matter how bad we continue to lose.

I am not upset with putting Ivey in there. It is clear to me that the coaching staff doesnât think Jones can throw the ball. In college you cannot play power football with a QB that canât throw.

Poggi was always a desperation hire. The memes with the cutoff shirts and the cigars wonât cut it. Leading a FBS squad is a much different animal than buying championships in high school
We look like a team that was gassed last game and have never recovered. Lots of penalties. Offense went from run every play to switching quarterbacks every down. We had an identity. Now, Iâm not sure what we are. Itâs painfully obvious jones canât throw and Ivey is slow.
The âmisfitsâ may go off the reservation. Then where do we go? A lost season and a coach that could easily say Iâd rather be at Michigan. The guy was literally wearing Michigan shorts on campus. Idk. Bad night all around.
How did he beat out the field, cause 2 QBâs to transfer; beat everyone in the summer, win the job during fall camp for this? Make it make sense.
