And we have a big quarterback issue cause it seems like we canāt give Ivy the protection he needs and Jones canāt throw that well.
They seem stuck between a rock and a hard place at QB.
And the long passing defense sucked tonight. Seems like it was better against Maryland.
I SOOOO agree with you! If a player isnāt ready to go at the beginning of the game, he shouldnāt play at all. Why risk it?

If Poggi says our players are bad company then the coaches are the ones who suck.
Yeah I really hope we find out was going on there because if he was hurting enough to be out they shouldnāt have brought him back and/or let him talk them into letting him come in at the half if thatās what happened.
This is a minimun 3 year rebuild but I seriously doubt Biff is patient enough for that.
We as an Athletic program are on very thin ice.
The OC and offensive staff are on the hook for where the offense is. Either they missed on Jones or the fact that they were unwilling to open up the playbook for Jones, shows how inept they are. Ivey is not a better passer, he was just given different routes.
We were beat badly on both sides of the ball, I was shocked at how they handled our D so easily.
However how do we go from run first to air raid (not really but throwing almost every time) on the second possession? We donāt throw with one QB and canāt run with the other? it feels like weāre flailing out there philosophically on O.

Rhode Island scored 10 more points against their D than ours. Our OC may be done. If Poggi is a CEO type coach, he needs to rely on a better OC than we have. Playcalling has been absolutely terrible.
This may be on Poggi more than our OC - playing 2 QBs is something I have never seen successful with any team in college or pros that is a winning program.
All this saidā¦I dont rule out us beating Florida next week.
