Albury has bounced around since coming to the US in 2019 - Sunrise Academy in Wichita, Believe Prep in Rock Hill, Chipola JC in Florida, Queens, and now USU to wrap up his collegiate career.
Anyway, he will be an integral piece of an Aggies program that has been to the NCAAT 4 of the past 6 seasons. Even with a new coach and 8 transfers, could still be an upper division MW school this year.
There are conflicting posts etc about game start time, so will list the correct one when itโs made available. Hmmโฆ

The discussion about the time discrepancy has garnered a discussion on our forum (Charlotte Game - USUFans.com)
To summarize it, we (USU) have a football game on Saturday at 8:30 mdt, so the game has been moved to 2:00 mdt to avoid the scheduling conflict. So the game should be at 4 for you people on the east coast.

Utah State begins their season tonight vs Alcorn State, so will have a better idea of what the Niners are up against on Saturday following the game.
Aggies saw quite a bit of change following last yearโs MW regular season championship run and NCAAT appearance that included a first round win over TCU before bowing out to Purdue. Then 2024 MW COY Danny Sprinkle and POY Great Osobor both left Logan when the Washington job opened up.
New USU coach is Jerrod Calhoun from Youngstown State and key player is returnee Ian Martinez (13.3 ppg in 2023-24), a 2025 all-MW preseason pick. Team took a foreign tour over the summer and easily won all three games vs European competition. Also handily won a charity exhibition vs in-state foe Weber State.
You can watch their exhibition game for free here. Iโm not sure if there will be a cost for our game on Saturday or their game tonight vs. Alcorn.

Watching Utah State play tonight and that are currently outscoring Alcorn State 40 to 10. Utah State is very athletic, fast, and very aggressive. Going to be a very difficult and tough game for us.
Just checking in and TV announcer says Aggies are on a 42-2 run. Geez!

Utah State looks pretty solid guys. This is going to be a real test. Iโm hoping we show up and donโt get blown out.
