I dont wanna lose Jaylen Cross, but this isnāt working.
I like Graves, but when he is your ābest playerā you arent any good. He is NOT clutch when needed late in games.
We looked pretty good in the first half. In the second half they shut down our backdoor game and then we struggled.
Without those quick 8 pts we had to keep them from totally running away with it, we could of ended up with only 20pts in 2nd half (we scored 27). Challenging to win even at home with that type of game.
Hats off to their big man he out hustled everyone on the floor tonight on defense, offense and loose balls on the floor.
Wish we would play the game till the end 0.0 on the clock, we have done that a few times in last couple weeks.
Poor recruiting in this class, some holdovers from the ron era like reiber who are barely d1 talent, best transfer being out for season.
Pillars
We can always bring Sanchez back after this year.
, we seem to really admire the Packline/Princeton offense style so maybe he could help us continue to improve itā:rofl:
I think we all like fearne, but these are players he vetted and gave scholarships and nil too. Can he coach and not recruit? Or did he lose the team? I didnāt expect a 20 win season, but winning 1 game in conference? Thatās a huge red flag for me.
Iām the AD in my, what 5th year, and MBB is in no better shape than when I started. Did he just check out and say itās a lost cause?
My two cents, NIL killed any momentum or chance we had at getting back to respectability and building on it. Combine that with Sanchez quitting and fearne basically left with an empty cupboard this year has resulted in a complete bottoming outā¦again.
I hate to say it, but itās time for another reboot and reimagining of the mbb program.
Thank you, Mike.
343rd in 3pt field goal percentage prior to tonightās game
Were you at the game? He did take timeouts to try and stop two runs.
North texas does quite well with a lot less nil than us
My game summary:
After Temple loss I feared it may go downhill.
