Had forgotten about G-W “forfeiting” their 2001 NCCAA men’s basketball championship.

FWIW, KenPom thought it was going to be a pretty close game too.
We need to string together some Ws and get out of the previous year’s data bias and see how we look.

I feel like the numbers in there right now are probably about right. We need to tighten some things up if we want to end up better than that. 142nd out of 364 feels like a reasonable expectation for our finish rn.
If anything, I’d expect possibly a slide backwards based on current play. I am confident that we can continue to play better as we mesh and hope the new guys can contribute.
