Watched the last :45 mins of that game, their back up qb was ok, liked the Minn team they were really scrappy.
Do they even need a qb against us? Can we stop the run this year or gonna give up 4-5 yd avg. i hope we find a way to win this game. They’ll have the excuse but we can just beat them 2 years in a row.
Coach Brown had indicated prior to the Minnesota game that he wanted to use a dual QB system this year, so sophomore Conner Harrell takes over with Johnson out. Grad transfer Jacolby Criswell (Arkansas) likely the backup.
Niners mentioned briefly:
Vegas line UNC 21.5

Right now, AccuWeather saying no rain while Weather Channel calling for it in the AM in Chapel Hill:
Anyone have insight on parking? I’m thinking about doing the park n ride.
You’re actually going!?!?!?!
We only getting 21.5? Might bet against Niners for the first time in my life
Yeah. Thought that line would be 24 to 27 easily.
Seems something off on that one, could of easily lost that game @ home yesterday by 30 with them not scoring on 2 of those redzones in first half.
On road against Carolina and seeing some of the big lines last week, thought it would come out around 30. Thought their strengths looked like OL & DL as well, so doesnt set up well for us.
They have a fantastic RB. He is a stud. They can throw the ball but he is the engine for that team.
IMO the QB now is better than kid that got hurt. Did not understand their depth chart on QB for game one.
Have 4 seats for the crapholes game if interested. I’m floundering about going, so if anyone is interested, it may allow me to make the decision to stay home. Also, bought a parking pass at McClauley Deck (about 2 blocks from stadium). Will only sell tickets if parking is also purchased. Seats are in Section 101, Row R, Seats 1-4.
Losses don’t get to me that much.
I didn’t mind going to Tenn or Clemson and watching us lose. The games were so much fun.
This game though, Keenan stadium ain’t anything special and I have no desire to watch a school that I hate kick our teeth in.
A game is never fun if we lose. I could care less about the atmospheres of these other schools. I just want to win.
If I had that approach I would not still be a Niner.
Yesterday the game sucked, but I had 200 niners with me at the tailgate. That was a blast.
