I think most of that was when our basketball was really good. We were suffering the illusion that we would prove to be their equal if given a chance and a fair shake. We subsequently learned from bitter experience that we will NEVER get a fair shake. Officials have an implicit and subconscious bias in favor of Chapel Hill, which I have personally witnessed on more than one occasion. I stand by my comment.

Iāll be there. Right behind the Charlotte bench. I have one child at each school now so it just made sense to attend since my youngest is freshman at chapel hill. But yes Iāll be there in Charlotte gear

20% we cover and ācould have wonā if biased refs didnt shift momentum of the entire game with a few timely calls against CLT
10% chance we pull off an upset*
*will only happen if we follow it up with a home loss to Garner Webb next week
Despite this, Iām still tempted to go to the game for the 10% chance of seeing an upset.

I have this penciled in as a loss simply because we will never be allowed to beat UNC chapel hill in any game Iām watching. The universe will not let it happen.
Same. I love the Niners, but the whole family loves motorcycles. SMX playoff it is for me and sadly a better guarantee of a return of fun on my money. Go Plessinger!

We lose 42-7. We hold them scoreless in the fourth quarter and score our TD in the last two minutes against their 5th stringers.
Yes. Iām still sick over last Saturdayās game. The season is going to be another slog though more disappointment.
Iāve been looking forward to this historic game happening since I was a student and NINER football was only a fantasy in a galaxy far, far away in the very distant future. Now that itās here, Iām just bummed to the max. 
I think it could be a close game in the first half similar to the Florida, South Carolina, and Illinois games. The talent gap, stupid mistakes, lack of coaching acumen, and being worn down will likely put the game out of reach in the second half.
