Bringing him back would be weird but certainly not unprecedented.
Didnât we bring back a former QB that had transferred out just last year??
Iâm pretty sure QB Dom Shoffner left Charlotte played at Eastern Illinois then came back.

UhhâMax Brown started against a Top 5 FSU team last season and looked solid.

Brown is not as experienced as the guys ECU picked up and while Brown did ok he was still sacked 6 times and threw a pick against FSU. While I donât expect to see a defense as good as FSUs, Brown still has to show he can handle pressure. He did pretty good in the other 3 games he saw time. Time will tell on him and Purdie. I am not concerned with Purdie as the backup. I think if either one of these guys do well they are likely gone next season anyway.

Putting this here (mods feel free to place elsewhere if you see fit) but Saban said last night they legitimately tried to get Mitchell to leave Toldeo. Thats grade A Tampering. Kudos to Mitchell for staying put.
