Tulane is loaded with talent, Memphis is tough to read but always has a high power offense.

This is a good question, I know Rice got in last year as one… and we seem to care more than Rice… I don’t know how they decide this.
If sub .500 teams are needed to fill out bowl spots, then APR ranking is the deciding factor.

I wanted to make a joke that whoever didn’t schedule a home game for us today really screwed up. Weather doesn’t get any better!
But it got me thinking of a serious question: do we intentionally not schedule home games on race weekend? That would make sense.

Agree, complete BS. I hope at least Chancellor Gaber has been calling the UNC Chancellor saying this is crap and just give us what we need to address the NCAA’s questions. I don’t know what the issue is but I really hope this get’s out in the recruiting community that UNC makes it really hard to transfer to another school and play immediately, unless they want you to leave. He’s a redshirt Jr now, I don’t know if he will get this year back. If this turns out to be something like UNC needs to clarify a class on his transcript or something and they are dragging their feet, the UNC System Board should do something. The State and everyone moved Mountains to get that UNC receiver approved last year.
