Are the 2 wins in the tournament enough to save Fearne for another year?
Without a doubt, 0% chance a change is made. Hopefully spend the money on keeping some of these guys.
Good enough to get another year, that is how we roll.
I wish we had seen the shorter bench and the team effort we saw in the tournament all season long. Mingo should have started every game. We probably would have won 20+ games and not had to play 3 games in 3 days - might have only faced USF in the championship after getting a bye to the semi final.
The last couple of days were fun. Why can’t we have an entire season of it?
Also realize that Bonke is 99% gone. But damnit I wish we could find a way to keep him. Bradford will probably get an offer to leave too.
You’re fine to have an opinion either way on whether fearne should stay or go, but any opinion involving roster continuity should have zero consideration in any of it. Everyone is a 1 year rental and no coach can change that

If so, I’m not advocating retaining Fearne. I’m talking about expectations. Whoever the coach is, we should expect that type of effort every game, and a coach who is smart enough to manage the roster better.
NIL has divorced player retention from the coach to a pretty healthy degree. If we had enough money, I bet we could keep Bonke. We have a decent budget but not enough
Will be interesting to see decides to stay as well as depart. And with players in general already announcing their intention to enter the portal, staff needs to get after that aspect pronto. No one who is serious is waiting until April 7th to start recruiting the TP.
They shouldn’t be
