Giving up over 400 yards on the ground and almost 200 to the QB doesnt bode well for us in this particular match up

But, if you haven’t been there for a game, highly recommend it! It is an amazing place. You can take the train from NYC to get there.
My concern is that Charlotte now has only about 3 healthy D linemen. That’s not enough. Hopefully at least one or two of the injured players will be able to play. Otherwise they need to style some defensive formations for 3 DE and only 1 DT.

Be early, traffic sucks and construction on the stadium makes it worse.

Yep, passsenger train service uses the tracks on the eastern side of the Hudson River, with a stop directly across from West Point at the Garrison station - some 50 miles from Grand Central Terminal in NYC. From there catch a taxi or rideshare.
The rail line that skirts the USMA campus is freight only.
Just looking at the stats for Army vs UAB and the Black Knights were even more ground oriented today than usual - 247 yds rushing vs 48 passing (2/5 att). Blazers kept it close for a half before the Cadets ran away with it - pun definitely intended!
I just want one game without stupid penalties. That would be progress in my book
Yep. Coach specifically mentioned all the penalties yesterday when interviewed by Bobby Rosinski while heading to the locker room at halftime.
BTW, parent’s weekend at West Point, the game has been listed as a sold out for a.couple of weeks

If Army’s receivers had not dropped what looked like two sure touchdown passes, that game probably would have had a different outcome. We need to be mindful of the play-action passes. Army will set you up with the run and then hit you over the top. Stopping the run seems to be an issue with our defense.
Army is having a down season. However, they are still dangerous if you can’t stop the run…
