We seem to be having an unusually large number of injuries late in the season.
Was thinking the same. I hope we get healthy before the conference tournament.
Big win last night. Great pitching by Trey Baker and Chase Carson to finish that one off. HPU is a great hitting team. Hope we get the bats going soon. The High Point pitching helped us quite a bit last night.

We did a good job of taking what they gave us. 8 walks, 5 HBP.
Started our rally in the 4th with:

9 pitch AB- walk
Ended up scoring 5 that inning.

Whats the outlook for Bayne and Gunderson? We need both of those guys back?
Another brilliant late inning pitching change by our legendary pitching coach. Lets take Carson out after 1 BB, following 5 straight batters retired. I literally told my wife “watch whoever comes in give up a homer to the first batter”.
But they’re not filling them with ice cream dang it!
