You also get more talk from the hosts on the station about the team when they are carrying your games. It’s not the end of the world but it is a failure.

The bottom 10 has never been about who the real worst ten are. It’s a humor article, designed to poke fun at easy targets. The nice thing about doing a preseason article is that they can poke fun at anyone, since no one has any wins.

This guy McGee isn’t funny. Never has been. His attempts at humor suck.
I detest his animated little stories on game day as well as the bottom 10.
This is some attempt by ESPN to give some kind of irreverent but elevated sheen to their coverage but it fails because this guy is not funny. He just packages up crap everyone already knows with some slightly more literate (compared to the rest of their coverage) language that is supposed to be amusing or profound in some way.
His segments on game day are when I fast forward or go take a piss.
I also love how ESPN doesn’t want to talk about the G6 hardly at all but they love to throw the G6 on the bottom ten.
How about you limit the bottom 10 to the P4 since that’s all you like to talk about?
And yes I know he lives in Charlotte and couldn’t care less.

I agree CarlGPT, this is a humor based article, that’s the purpose. Ryan Magee is a good guy, met him several times around South Clt. Went to UTenn so definitely a SEC homer. The truth hurts some times, until proven otherwise, we belong on that list. Let’s shut him up and win and get off the list. He actually likes the University, we win 2 games and we are off.
LOL, it’s funny that you call me CarlGPT. I have been telling people that AI has made me irrelevant. For years I have read and collected information on many random topics, so as to be able to answer many questions. Now, AI can do all that and more in a matter of minutes, but I still do things the old fashioned way, watching film and reading prior stats. Why? Sometimes the process is what I find rewarding, and the actual end result is an afterthought.
As for Bottom 10, I think it was funnier in it’s earliest years. It tries, but these days it seems to miss the mark.

I believe Dean Snyder was from West Virginia University, but not confirmed.
That was a good class, the basis was what do engineers do in their careers and the conclusion was they are involved in everything… little did we know the future role of tech in the world.
