Really shouldn’t be calling PWOs “commitments”. I understand the pride thing, but a commitment is associated with an athletic scholarship.

He’s really committed though if he’d rather pay his own way than get a free education AND play like he would have done here (or a number of other schools he could have transferred to).
Probably getting paid through NIL instead of a scholarship
NIL may eventually make scholarships pointless. Which circles back to NWAs point of why even have eligibility?

How does a PWO get NIL dollars? Is he advertising for the local lumber company? He is going to be riding pine all season.

Same way we have 190 people on our roster. Some are paid for through nil.
