Itās when you make a post for the sole purpose of ābumpingā a thread to the top of the list.
It's when you make a post for the sole purpose of "bumping" a thread to the top of the list.
gotcha. thanks for the info.
I still have a concern over using 49er instead of the proper name 49ers. The website, shirts, etc. need to be the same, obviously. Why are you guys using Charlotte 49er?
its the 49er Club, not the 49ers Club, I get what you are saying but i dont know if it matters that much.
Itās Charlotte 49ers basketball, right?
Itās Charlotte 49ers basketball, right?
Lefty, I understand what youāre saying, but I can see it both ways. I think you can say it both ways - as mentioned, 49er Club. But I also would see nothing wrong with saying 49er Basketball. Iāve got shirts that say 49er Pride on themā¦not 49ers Pride.
Concerning any merchandise, I donāt see us ever putting Charlotte 49ers or Charlotte 49er on them, other than the website, which is Charlotte49erFootball.com.
However, the website does use both Charlotte 49er Football and Charlotte 49ers Football. As Lefty sort of mentioned, it may be a good idea to stick to one and run with itā¦
did anything ever come of the t-shirt idea?
did anything ever come of the t-shirt idea?We discussed them a lot at the 1st meeting. I think we will have the idea finalized at the next meeting and get them printed off soon after, unless they were already printed off and I didnt hear about it.
did anything ever come of the t-shirt idea?
I think we are still working on the cooperation/logistics questions and need to discuss our discussions at the meeting. General idea:
KA is willing to split the profits and help sell the shirts, since they have been doing it for years already. They are willing to compromise on the design and all⦠They just want to be guaranteed that they will be able to make the same level of donation to MDA that they have in the past. If this is as successful as we are hoping, that should not be a problem at all.
This seems like the best thread to add to regarding t-shirts. Online orders can now be placed for Charlotte 49er Football t-shirts and car decals.
If you would like to make a purchase, visit Charlotte49erFootball.com.
All profits from the sale of merchandise will be used to further promote bringing college football to Charlotte. Please feel free to email the address on the site if you have any questions, and also be sure to tell your friends and family that these are available.
Go Niners! :49ers:
