Iām going to hold off until the end of the season. We still have a ways to go.
Curious as to whether Fearne will retain the current staff or bring in some changes. Things seems to be going smoothly status quo.
I expect staff changes. I think he wants a different offense and to have more variety on defense.
I also think a couple of coaches are tied to a specific scheme and will look for a role that fits their strengths.

VA49er, you donāt understand the concept of the āchicken or the eggā theory. You need money to build a program! When you wait until the program is successful and then jump on the bandwagon, you are not a real fan .
Just watched the presser. Fearne is the Silent Assassin! Ice water in his veins but boiling in his gut! Almost chilly, unless you stick around a little longer and listen. Thenā¦Oh, SHIT!!! I think he communicates this to his players. And I think they get it!!!
If we are judging fans by that metric there arenāt many actual fans. There are only a handful of us that have stuck things out - especially with basketball.
VA has hung in there with us so I wouldnāt call him out. Decent number of folks we have posting bailed years ago - but we need them back to get things going again.

That presser was amazing. Sounded very well attended also. Fearne blew me away! He is a leader you can hear it, feel it and see it. Havenāt felt this good about Niner basketball in a long time.
