Whether they were tournament worthy or not at least we beat two of them. You might want to diminish that but as a niner fan I was very proud of our guys.
If you can win 2 out of 3 BCS games with such a “undersized and under talented backcourt like Briscoe and Green” … We definitely should be able to do at least that good with a 6’3 pg and group of tall 3 star " top 10 mid major recruiting class players" and two TALL BCS caliber transfers. :o
Major and many on this board absurdly think Briscoe and Green are not good enough to spell Henry at PG for 5 to 10 minutes. Making ridiculous statements like we need Luka.
Well last time I checked Luka didn’t want to play for Major right now.
But Briscoe n Green were good enough to go 30+ min against Tennessee and Georgia tech with Shumpert and Hopson who are as good as any guards we have played against all year and beat them. :
Not to mention Holloway and Lyons.
If what we have on the court is better than what we had we would not be 0-2 vs BCS its just that simple.
Win Games is the only way to convince rationale fans and naysayers that you can play.
Next year is for wishers not winners.
