I would love nothing more to be a rivial to Chapel *** or duke or NCST but we have to realize that the history isn’t there and they aren’t 15mins away.
I personally proprose if we don’t schedule a game with them that we show up as many as possible deep to their senior day and chant We are Charlotte or something on those terms to let them know they ain’t worth Sh*t

I like your passion, but going to their senior day and doing that is being obnoxious just to be obnoxious. You know the golden rule and what not. I agree that they are up on their high horse, but they’re gonna get knocked down naturally now that they are about to fade back into obscurity. It’s not really a natural rivalry, just a geographical one. We’ve dominated the series with them. The players and coaches themselves aren’t that dislikable. There are other teams that would be better rivals.

A real man makes his luck. this wouldn’t be only good for us but it would be good for the charlotte region. we don’t generally have to go on senior day but i can’t think of a day that would ruffle more feathers than that day. I don’t think anything would be more of a drastic statement then showing up on senior day and letting them know what we think of them. that is just my opinion

Well, as a person who holds a degree in Public Relations from this fine university, I will tell you that the notion of any publicity being good publicity is completely false. People will not like us for ruffling feathers. In general it’d be better to have the community supporting us rather than having them think we’re obnoxious.
Maybe on campus chanting that they shouldn’t have wussed out the past 2 years. I would be down for that. We need rivals badly. Davidson and Winthrop are decent but we own them. Too bad we aren’t playing Clemson again this year.
