And none of that changes the fact that our overall budget is right in line with our peers. Even if the majority of it comes from students financing away their future.

Which one of these coaches has a solid Associate/Assistant AD?
We need a packaged deal, new head coach and new AD. If they have a track record of working together and being successful, that is what we need.

His head coaching records shows the correct progression. Would be ideal if he was 1 year deeper at Mercer with the same kind of uptick.
Iām still concerned though about the NIL factor. I think we will lose all or most of our NIL money, so being a good coach isnāt enough.

My opinion on our next HC is worth nothing, just like yāallās. But I will throw in that as someone that lives in the Mountains what Bell has done at WCU is pretty damn good. That place is a damn wasteland. To be .500 there isnāt something to be dismissed.

I agree with that. If we are looking at FCS coaches Iād like to learn more about Trei Oliver at NC Central. .621 winning percentage there. 7-3 this year, 9-3 last year, 10-2 year before that. I would assume he doesnāt have the resources as some of the other FCS programs either.

You guys check out Willie Simmons Asst. At Duke, played Qb at Clemson and was HC at a HBCU. Dude got a nice resume and from Florida so would have the recruiting thing going. Just sayn
