My bossās son plays D for the 49ers. She mentioned that the Bahamaās Bowl was sending some tweets or messages in the teams direction. She mentioned she would be happy to visit the Bahama Islands over the holidays.

Iād love to go to the Bahamas too, in February, when itās not Christmas, and when 5 of my familyās birthdays arenāt all the same week (Christmas Week, mine is actually the 25th), and when the bank account isnāt hitting that Christmas/birthdays lowā¦sigh.
Flying anywhere in general would be a deal breaker for my family attending a bowl game.
It makes sense for a lot of reasons (Bahamas). Obviously Iād rather shoot the moon and get in The Belk Bowl or some of the other nice non-CUSA bowl, but if it is The Bahamas at least itās on a Friday could take a long weekend after the game and still get back for Christmas.
Bahamas would be my last choice. The stadium in the Bahamas is not a football stadium so it has awful sight lines to the field. I would prefer the first bowl to be one that if I attend that you are able to see the whole field and enjoy the game.
Your biggest gripe with the Bahamas Bowl is sight lines? For me it is the pricey plane ticket and accommodations. I guess to each their own.

The last minute notice is just hard to make Bahamas work.
Yeah, being one of the first ball, games on the calendar does t leave much time to plan an international trip.
Yeah the above responses explain why The Bahamas Bowl has such poor attendance, thatās why I think theyāll grab us since itās out first more of our fans will try to make it work. Still though if that Belk Bowl really is out there hopefully we can find a way to slip into it.
I will say thisā¦ I floated a few trial balloons to my wife on bowl distance and what reasonable travel looks likeā¦ The potential trip to Nassau received the highest level of interest.
Same here. She had no interest in any other bowl.
Iām in for The Bahamas as well, passport is updated and ready to go.
Mine was sent in for renewal on Wednesday. I will be ready!!!
I would love to make Bahamas work. It would be an easy sell to the wife 
If the belk bowl goes to CUSA and says āWe want Charlotteā and CUSA does anything in the world but try to make that happen, our league is idiotic. UTSA isnāt bringing people to the dang belk bowl and they payout for that one is substantially larger than most CUSA bowls
But what if Marsha wants it?
I wonāt pretend to make all (or even many) decisions in my houseā¦
But when we finally qualify and end up in our FIRST BOWL GAME their will be no choice or decision to make.
WE WILL BE THERE. Wherever and whenever that is.
I realize that may not be possible for everyone and not making a statement for anyone else. Itās just been my perspective from day one.
