Maybe. Or maybe he’s making sure he doesn’t wait for an offer from one of the P5 programs only to have to settle with whatever program happened to wait on him.
I’d love to see him stick, but just because he’s committed to us does not mean that the bigger schools are going to stop recruiting him.
