so do we have one or two scholarships left after brown. his offer sheet is not that impressive but hopeefully he was about to blow up. i would love to add the center from victory christian. i guess we thought we werent going to land any of the other shooting guards we were going after.
He looked good on the clips. Can shoot but athletic enough to easily dunk at 6 2. May be our backup pg for next year with ph out. I think we still have at least 3 schollies left?

Seems to not have a ton of prominent offers, but he gets a lot of praise in the stuff online about him. It’s interesting to read the comments on some of the older articles on him. Sounds like he’s a good outside shooter, athletic, a good passer, and defender. Not sure why he hasn’t gotten more offers to date. His emphasis on academics suggests it’s not a grades issue, but you never know.
This coaching staff seems to do a good job identifying promising players really early on. Hopefully Brown is another example of that and that he sticks with his commitment if other programs come calling.
Seems that Brown had a pretty solid Summer and lots of programs were becoming interested in him recently according to scouts. I imagine more of a shooter than a scorer like Lester, probably not as athletic as him. Sounds like he can play some PG.
I believe this leaves us with 2 scholarships remaining for 2015 (PH, Twill, Ingram, Bryan should all be open). [font=arial][size=small]Benas Griciunas will be taking 1 of those.[/size][/font]

hopefully we can land maye and izundu. what do you think are chances are with them 2k? i know we were in maye’s final five and we were one of the four schools standing out to izundu. hopefully they see the playing time available.
They’re just highlights, so take them for what they are, but he looked solid. Decent bounce, can go left, confident shot that doesn’t look mechanically atrocious.
I also like that he wants to major in CS. Good for him.

News from Atlanta that Bryce Brown attended Auburn Elite Camp and was top player. Here’s a video I found. Was also on Auburn’s radar.
