Can we get some of his teams box score(school website)…those things were classic.
carlos williams team will be in the mountains for a few games.
Box Score of the first game
FIVE steals. niice
apparently the coach likes to split up the time equally so he is only averaging about 20 min a game. However, in those 20 min he is producing over 7 assists a game.
7 in 20 minutes, or 14 a game pace if he played the entire game??
I’m reading, and i’m liking!
sounds like our first PG since Colson that can really dish the ball.
The question is why isn’t he here this year playing, if he already sat out. Did he sign with kentucky or Lou. out of HS ?
By virture of being a non-qualifier out of HS he can only get two years here, not 3 even though he was out last year and probably already has his AA or AS.
Lots of new info on Wabash Valley site:

He’s still averaging 10 pts and 7 assists in 16 mins. They’ve had a lot of blowouts and are loaded with talent.
Vincent James is a local kids putting up some pretty nice numbers, wonder if we are looking at him???
Desmond Hendrix would also be a very nice addition. 6’-10" would fit in perfectly with the rest of our 2007 class.
Wasn’t Wabash the school Jimmy Chitwood was looking to go to?
Edit: Whoops, forgot about Wabash College. Nevermind.

Chitwood went straight to the pros…
update on Carlos Williams… stats are through November… no December games up yet
24% 3 pt (4-17)
50% ft (6-12)
Looks like he is a great passer and good defender, but his 3pt, ft and fg shooting percentages concern me a bit.

FT’s are the only real concern. You have to have a handler that can shoot FT’s for late game situations.
Carlos averaged 5.3 assist per game this season…and only played an average of 9 minutes a game…He is going to be a good player for us. Non of the players on the team averaged more than 10 minutes. If he played more minutes, his assists number would be sick.
