Dang, CoC on a 9-game winning streak and we EASILY had them beaten if not for the 2 TERRIBLE errors by freshman Creech…that loss is really gonna’ linger, I think.

He struggled last year at the plate and wasn’t even on the travel roster towards the end of the year. He transferred to WSSU.

It might sound strange but hitting the ball to the warning track in his first college AB and then homering in his second wasn’t good for him. After that, he seemed to swinging for the fences and striking out left and right. I mean, he wasn’t even hitting foul balls.

Yep, 10 hits and only 1 run to show for it.
We are 3 outs away from losing to UNCA. Nothing else you can say about that except it is a horrible loss.
Lost 5-1 to UNCA. No ways around it, that is a horrible loss and the big boys are coming this weekend so it is not going to get any easier.
Left 11 men on-base by my count, while UNCA left only 3 I think. including bases loaded in the 9th.after loading them with just one out and 2 of our best bats coming up. Nichting and Elwood. TJ struck out and Brad flew out…This team is really struggling right now.

I thought this was going to be the type of game to get us going and get us some confidence. It has done the opposite.
