Can we start by making developers pay for infrastructure or else they aren’t allowed to build? Roads, schools, police stations, fire houses. All of it.

It’s a bigger deal in the smaller cities IMO, Matthews, Concord, Huntersville, etc. I think in general, people in Charlotte are more used to this concept, think of the parking garage at Metropolitan. But the suburbs still very much have a small town mindset, at least many people wish they did.
C’mon, that sounds too much like New Jersey… Nobody likes New Jersey
Five AAC cities in the most boring category, while just two in the most exciting.

I don’t subscribe so I haven’t read this but it looks like something that should go here
Good for Richmond county. Are they in our MSA?
Yeah after reading more about that I’m not sure why they are talking about that like its near Charlotte. If it results in Charlotte growing all the way to Rockingham then I guess it is a pretty big deal .
Just outside the Charlotte MSA, which includes Richmond bordering Anson County.
What the hell is this?!?!?!
Funny how people get excited about fast food chains moving into the area. I saw multiple articles promoting Raising Cane’s expanding to Rock Hill. I’ve tried that place twice in two different states.Nothing special, less flavorful than Zaxby’s or Bojangles.
