Sneak Luke in there on the D staff somewhere !
He will have to quit his job at lady foot locker first
Rex Ryan has a tattoo of Biff on his forearm.
Strength and conditioning is in, the highly regarded Lewis Caralla from Georgia Tech.
Another added to staff from a “P5.”

O-line? - Pete Rossomando (Charlotte)
DB Coach ? - Kap Dede (Charlotte)
Recruiting Coordinator- Jackson Block (Charlotte) ?
Head Strength & Conditioning Coach - Lewis Caralla (Georgia Tech)
Staff is looking really good so far.
I still wanna see the hires on the defensive side of the ball though. That’s where we can probably have the most improvement.
Wonder who the offensive lineman is.
NN, Kyle DeVan? What am I missing?
Lol I missed that part of it. I responded before scrolling down.
I dont think we have ever had this strong of assistant staff pool in our short history, at least on paper/resume wise.
Agree, and there is more to come, especially on the defensive side
Helps immensely that this time around we are building a AAC staff, not a FCS staff or a CUSA 3.0 staff.
And unlike the last regime; not making critical moves, replacements, etc., 1 month prior to the start of the season. Hell of a concept.
Notwithstanding the official announcement of Charlotte football and our very first game; this is the most excited I’ve been in a very long time.
So incredibly refreshing that Poggi is going out and getting the absolute best available assistants instead of just hiring all his college buddies who have no experience past peewee league. Healy’s staff hires should’ve been obvious red flags from the start.
For Wednesday night date nights, I hear Poggi will be flying staff and wives to Vegas on his privet jet
If you start putting a staff together as Poggi is doing, just think of the recruiting potential this has to become. As mentioned earlier above, I am more excited about our football program than ever and truly believe our turning the corner is going to come much more quickly than any of us ever thought.
I am very optimistic. I’m hoping that he can TEACH us to raise money and grow money, so that it’s sustainable after he has retired or moved on. If part of his culture change is to make us a more wealthy sustainable athletic department, the unrealized potential of this program is going to be reached.
