In the Raleigh area, ESPN 2 stayed the whole way with our game.
Our bench had their masks on while Indiana did not. We even had one player to play with her mask on. There’s that.
So IU won the common sense game too.

NCAA not doing anything different as far back as I can remember. I went to our very first NCAAT game vs Georgia in 2003, which was played in Athens.
I’ve watched parts of a couple of games in P5 conferences this past season. It was obvious then that they were far superior to CUSA. Today confirmed that. Night and day including, in most cases, coaching and strategy. Indiana failed to help us out by doing some of the stupid things CUSA teams do.

Head Coach is out of her league as well. Look at her record against P5. There’s a reason she’s been here forever. Wanna see Sanchez for the next 10 years? Win in a lousy conference. Lose against everyone else.

We have bigger financial priorities than firibg Cara. Ron probably after this season, healy wearing thin.
She has the same number of NCAA wins as the rest of our previous women’s coaches, some of whom have gone on to P5 jobs .

Just to clarify - same number of NCAAT wins while coaching the Niners. Both Katie Meier (2003) and Karen Aston (2009) have a number of NCAAT wins on their respective coaching resumes since leaving CLT. Same for Amanda Butler.

Aston is 12-8 in 7 NCAAT appearances - one at Charlotte and 6 with Texas.
Butler is 4-5 in 5 NCAAT appearances - 4 at Florida and one with Clemson.
Meier is 7-7 in 10 NCAAT appearances - one at Charlotte and 9 with Miami-FL. (Canes face South Carolina tomorrow.)

So certain posters are not happy with a team that won the conference regular season, the tournament championship and went to the NCAA Tournament???
