Anyone else purchase a gold card and not yet receive links for the tickets. First match is Sunday and the damned ticket office is not answering their phone. Pretty poor business.
Edit: Unlike last year, the ticket holder has to go on the ticket page (linked in athletic website) to access mobile tickets. No direct email is sent with a link to tickets as in the past. Since I didn’t know that, I was waiting like a fool for the email that ain’t coming. I’d still be waiting except they deigned today to answer the phone. I was old man gruff with the kid who answered and called back a few minutes later to apologize.
