Iβll be the first to admit that I donβt follow WBB as closely as some on here do. Just know that this edition of the Niners has a lot of issues.

Gee. Cara left in mid offseason and most of the team defected. What did anyone think was going to happen? I doubt that Coach Reed forgot how to coach all of a sudden. Most of our transfers in didnβt contribute a lot on their former teams.
This group isnβt talented overall. She has them all going in the same direction and playing hard. Most teams with our results would be quitting right about now.
We donβt appear to be doing that. Believe it or not, the group is improving as the season progresses. That is about all we can ask for until we get some better recruits in.

More like year 1/2 or zero. Now, if a year of normal recruiting HS and portal doesnβt show marked improvement, then we have a big problem.

Just curious, what specifically is the coaching staff struggling with? I havenβt had much chance to watch the team and know we lack talent. At face value, seemed like a good hire. Successful lower level coach. Do they need more time and recruiting or is it something different like a system issue?
