Not going to get into an argument here, but the most glaring thing with this team is the lack of talent. Agree the hire seems to be a great one and I truly hope she destroys my first impressions. Also. it could just be the lack of either transparency or the social media arenas that I follow but I haven’t seen much on the recruiting for the next couple years. Again, I could have completely missed this and I hope so.

Charlotte is a new City and Coach Reed seems to have gotten acclimated with the Locals pretty well so far. Sure some of the other new coaches are doing okay or good in there first year win wise, but that’s not the same for everyone.

I wouldn’t be worried right now and hitting the panic button as the season is still on going. I can say things have not gone great win wise so far. I only remember two recruits committed so far, but I wouldn’t panic about that either, it’s the nature of the recruitment process.

What Talent is here or not here aside, continue to watch how the team finishes the season regular season, and conference tournament.

No reason for the Memphis WBB to play in an NBA arena. On campus works just fine.

I have been very critical of this team, but they had the best overall performance that I have seen from the ladies. Nice going and continue showing me wrong!

Ran into a team with greater problems than ours. We should have beaten them and we did.

BTW: UTSA finally lost a conference game in Tampa. Judging by the final margin, that game was not decided by refs like ours was there.
Edit: UTSA"s and the league’s best player did not play. No idea if that was from injury or suspension. Astin does not play around if you miss classes, even if you are a good player.
