Poor 3rd qtr pretty much squashed any chance of upsetting the Pirates.
I tuned in for the first quarter. Our women had 11, I repeat 11, turnovers in the FIRST quarter!! Can’t win giving the ball up like that. You would think this late in the season they would be a little better with their fundamentals!
Yep, they were fortunate ECU didn’t take full advantage of all of those miscues in the first qtr but certainly hurt over the course of the entire game. That and the disparity in FTs, which is where the Pirates won in the end.
