great free throw shooting
when i was trying to play defense in hs, i found it helpful if i asked my man about his family just before he blew by me. sometimes it slowed him down a step while he considered the question and the next guy might be able to pick him up. wonder if something like that might work for us? we gotta come up with something!
They were able to climb out of a huge deficit but they didnāt need to be in that position in the first place. The rebounding could use improving. If Price had a center under the rim to help create second chance opportunities whenever the team would miss their 3ās it could go a long way. I was hoping he would have tried working on that with his 2 bigs on a pretty bad North Texas team but he didnāt. I feel it was a missed opportunity. At least they got the win
A win is a win. Iāll take it.
Itās time we as NN.N gave up on Benas, coaching staff seems to have already moved on. Road wins are nice no matter who they are against given the current state of Niners basketball.
clt says this chat board typically attaches itself to ultra talented euro players who dont see enough court time.
clt doesnāt even neeed to mention Malik el tamir, the original game changer. In an early SI interview, lebron says he would fall asleep watching game film of el tamir. El tamir showed him a new way to dominate the game.
Free Luka
I didnāt see the 49ers Menās B-ball team game in the Observer. Are you sure we played? >:( >:D
Too late for their early deadline. Unless itās a school or team they care about.
Two starters missing and a comeback to win a conference game on the road? Iāll take it every time.
Same here, especially when down by 14. Good win for the Niners considering the circumstances. Three wins in a row and over .500 Iām happy with it.
Also I agree I think the staff has given up on Benas. Time to move on.
Are there any video highlights from the game? Had to āwatchā the game on gamecast and all Iāve seen is North Texas highlights
Bad move by the coaching staff. How can you not playing him when the team canāt rebound. Iām losing any faith I had in this staff.
It obvious Price will play favorites. What if we bring in a great player, will he play him over Hudson?

Beans doesnāt play, thatās the way it is going to be, you guys need to adjust whatever expectations you had on him. Questionable effort when heās there. Sure heās 7ft, doesnāt mean he plays like it.
Weāve won 3 in a row and you guys are worried about a non-impact guy that barely sees the floor. ĀÆ_(ć)_/ĀÆ
I agree with 2k. I have no issue with Priceās playing time or Benas. Beans may be 7ft tall but he is not good most of the time. Price hasnāt been shooting well but makes good decisions at least.
clt says beans has a nice touch, and great hair. Needs more playing time.
Sad.
Weāll see how Coach Price not playing Benas turns out, especially next year. Is there a recruit we have signed that at least makes sitting Benas make sense? I donāt think he is great but he can def play against most cusa competition. If Benas will play next year I wish he was getting some minutes this year at least.
I wonder what the prospective (big) recruits think of signing with a team that has two 7āers on the bench?
Excellent point.
