That was it? I didnāt see it as being that bad or anything. He did one corny joke about OSU football and football here, but it wasnāt that terrible or anything. Iām surprised to have read so many negative responses. Not the best interview ever, but not as bad as Iāve read people say imo.
I sure do wish people could learn that there is no whip hyphen CRACK in our name. At least they got it right on the actual video feed.
I think it is the same for television news that it is for newspapers. The prime motive is not giving out good news with the best people possible; it is to have ratings and as many viewers as possible. (Not saying I personally have a problem with Fox Charlotte News or FNR.)

Ditto. I watch it every morning from 5:30am-6:30am while Iām reading the paper/enjoying my coffee. Actually, itās the only Fox-news affiliated programming I can stomach but I do admit, having Anna,Tera and Kelly on there doesnāt hurt. 
On a serious note, for those taking shots at the show, you might want to know that FNR gives the Niners more run than any other local media outlet (including radio) in this market. They are all (including Mark) huge supporters of our program. Wilson constantly wears a 49er jersey and is always on location for a Niner segment. Theyāve also all talked up the football initiative as well since it first started gaining steam.
We gripe about not getting coverage so donāt badmouth the ones that actually give it to us and do so without any cheap shots like the local radio show does. Yeah, Mathis is a dweeb at times but we need FNR more than it needs us.
I thought it was a decent interview. Iāll take another one just like it every day of the week.
