That essentially creates a net effect 28 team playoff.
Would be extremely fair, cut down on costs. Allow a round robin in FB and double round robin in bball.
I don’t think anyone in charge would have the wisdom to implement this until the day the bottom falls out of the TV rights market.

I’d swap VT and UVA for Temple and Maryland, but otherwise, that new look ACC is the way things should be. That would be an electric conference. Would have a full house for every game every season simply because of ease of travel and sports hate.
He also forgot ECU. In fairness they belong in that ACC league more than MD or Temple.

I think if they add Cal and Stanford it’s a play to get / keep ND. I don’t think there will be a bunch of money available to do it. They’d probably have to take like half shares and ACC isn’t a big payout as it is.
