I mean isnt this what we have been saying? They are doing their best though to not make it a top 30-40 break away.
No wonder NIU was so willing to get out of the MAC. That is a significant pay raise for the program.
Same dude is now saying that SEC and B1G are going to break away with NFL instead of NCAA branding.
Bingo
The College Football Enquirer podcast had an interesting discussion on some of the legislation being proposed around college sports on the congressional level. Sounds like there is some agreement between the two political parties but of course some disagreement. I suspect something gets passed within the next year or so.
The two points I found the most interesting is changing possibly Sports Board Casting act which would allow college football as a whole negotiate TV rights like the NLF. Secondly giving college sports anti-trust exemptions.
The great divide is coming, just not sure what it will look like.
Recent vagabond Little Rock moving again.
The view from Dallas and the regrouping of the private schools. Could be one of the outcomes of an accelerated NIL era.
Woohoo! Mom’s alma mater. Go Pioneers!
Guessing DU will remain a member of the National Collegiate Hockey Conference.

This puts the Summit league in a tedious position. The league is now down to 8 teams. On the SDSU board I follow, basketball OOC games were already an issue with scheduling, now additional games will be needed if the league doesn’t back fill.
That guy MHver3 is a clown. He knows nothing.
He is rather creative in making up lies.
We’ve been saying this is the future. Here dabo throws out a 48 team model. I think it probably is closer to 40. Two 20 team divisions.
