I have to be plugged in to power for any updates
I agree. Those who think this is fake need a rude awakening.
However, I do wish the leading health org in our country and the leading Dr in our country would provide timely, accurate information about the virus and the proper precautions to take to avoid COVID. Not wait a year after it was clear something wasnât needed to say oh yeah, you donât need to do that. Or say you shouldnât wear a mask and then 3 months later say I mislead the country on purpose.
I feel itâs situations like these that has lead to disbelief in the severity of this virus and hesitancy related to the vaccine and has done more to hurt than help.
You need to get out more then. My wife is a nurse and there are plenty in her field who think the covid âthreatâ for most people has been wayyyy overboard.
Interesting Uville. What is your wifeâs speciality in nursing. Does she work in a hospital setting or was she ever pulled to cover a shift on a Covid floor/ unit?
My wife worked critical care for 5 years. 12 hour shifts. Physically and mentally draining. The amount of care needed is overwhelming. She would take care of a patient one day and clock in the next morning and they had died over night. It took quite a toll.
5 years was enough. She couldnât take it any more.
Total shut downs donât seem to work
Then one of her aides took off with their family to Florida. You just canât make this stuff up.
I can also post 1000s of videos of regular folks who needlessly lost their business, were let go, financially ruined, started using drugs, children forever scarred, and massive rise in suicide all from irrational pandemic fear porn. 2 things can be true: 1) covid is real 2) gov and media overreacted.
Well said! I concur.
Spot on here. Both can be true.
The media is certainly complicit in making the rare occurrences seem like the norm. If you dig a bit, there are plenty of stories of hospitals that were never close to being overwhelmed. In fact , the large majority.
Itâs sad this is our current state. No one has handled this pandemic worse than Cuomo in NY. His actions are likely responsible for thousands of deaths. Deaths he hid. So CBS jumps on the case and does a story on their most popular show about⌠Ron DeSantis. A story that has been panned as misleading by both sides of the spectrum. Itâs sad.
There are certainly questions about how DeSantis, Cuomo, Abbott, Witmer etc. handled the pandemic and they each should be reported upon fairly and equally. And because they donât report fairly they have little credibility and it leaves the public to their own devices on what actions to actually take.
The Pentagonâs Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is working on a COVID vaccine that will work on all variants and has developed an implantable microchip that it says will continuously monitor the human body for signs of the virus.
Retired Colonel Matt Hepburn, an army infectious disease physician heading up DARPAâs response to the pandemic, appeared on 60 Minutes to demonstrate the technology.
Holding up a vial of green tissue-like gel, which contains the chip, Hepburn proclaimed âYou put it underneath your skin and what that tells you is that there are chemical reactions going on inside the body, and that signal means you are going to have symptoms tomorrow.â
âItâs like a âcheck engineâ light,â Hepburn added, noting that those with the chip âwould get the signal, then self-administer a blood draw and test themselves on site.â
âWe can have that information in three to five minutes,â Hepburn continued, adding âAs you truncate that time, as you diagnose and treat, what you do is you stop the infection in its tracks.â

Flu cases down from 38 million in 2019-2020 to 1,500 in 2020-2021.
Based on this info we couldâve saved 20-50k deaths a year, millions in health care costs and eradicated the flu if we had just been wearing masks and social distancing. I wonder why Fauci didnât tell us this?
Because it isnât relevant to the argument for and against taking measures to limit the spread of covid.
It could be said that limiting the seasonal flu isnât worth the price paid to do it, but limiting covid is.
I agree with Ted Nugent. If we didnât shut down for Covid 1 through 18, why did we do it for Covid 19?

âThe CDC and FDA recommend a pause in Johnson & Johnson vaccine over six rare blood clotting casesâ https://twitter.com/i/events/1381929259438989318?s=09
âThey said people who have received the #JohnsonAndJohnson vaccine who develop severe headache, abdominal pain, leg pain or shortness of breath within three weeks after vaccination should contact their doctor.â
