Covid Vaccine Poll

Six women out of 6.8 million people that have gotten the J&J vaccine have had blood clot issues.

I get that, I actually agree with you on most everything you just said. Just the way your post read made me laugh because it looks like a government official/press release.

It’s the ā€œWhenever the high number fits my narrative I’ll use itā€ rule.

I’ve read some speculation that the pause may be more about trying to figure out if there should be some people getting J&J and some not, rather than more general concerns about safety. If all six women had a common condition that could logically be linked to the vaccine (the fact they are all women is interesting), then it would make sense to figure out what guidelines to pass along about risk associated with the vaccine, and recommend people in those groups get a different vaccine. Given we have multiple other options, this is possible.

If J&J were our only option for the vaccine, it would make sense to ignore this incredibly low rate of side effects because of how many other people would possibly be saved by using it without pausing (not just themselves, but others they may contact). Obviously, there is a risk of scaring people who are already hesitant to take the vaccine, but it may be worth it to be up front about the process being followed. I’m not sure which is best.

Mick Jagger & Dave Grohl Release COVID-Themed Song

ā€œWe took it on the chin, the numbers were so grim, bossed around by pricksā€¦ā€

ā€œLooking at the graphs with a magnifying glass, cancel all the tours footballs fake applause, no more travel brochures, virtual premieresā€¦ā€

ā€œShooting the vaccine, Bill Gates is in my bloodstream, it’s mind control. The earth is flat and cold it’s never warming up, the arctics turned to slush. The second coming’s late, there’s aliens in the deep state.ā€

Endometriosis? Probably not, but I can see it causing problems

A lot of women also have genetic blood clotting disorders.

you are not sure if being honest about people’s health is best policy?

J&J has been about 10% of the vaccinations thus far but was expected to account for one third moving forward. The storage requirements for the JJ make it much more feasible for non urban areas.

I spoke with a colleague from Belgium this morning. He’s begging for a vaccine and they saw the JJ as their answer. He was beside himself that the JJ was delayed due to 6 cases.

The gov has been preaching herd immunity being key and vaccinations being the key to herd immunity, I think it’s a bit overkill and in the long run will do much more harm than good.

You inform the public and then move on and let them make the decision.

No, I probably didn’t phrase that clearly. I meant I’m not sure if pausing the use of the J&J vaccine was the best decision in order to do the review. They could have done the review without pausing use of the vaccine, and announced any findings or guidelines after it was done. Pausing its use means it gets more attention in the press and makes people think the vaccine is dangerous, when the numbers suggest it really isn’t compared to getting Covid, where the chances of blood clots are much much higher.

as I said above, if they publicly say ā€œonly 6ā€ people suffered, and willing to cast the doubts in the so called news, then the danger is greater than they are letting on. I was wanting the JJ, but will get the Phizer when I am forced to have 1 for air travel

Yeah if they know there is a legit chance of complications from vaccine they can’t keep administering shot when there are other options available and for a significant portion of the population that has low risk of dying from this. If this was small pox or something then sure role with the risk.

Let’s also realize that they said a pause not a ban.

I do agree that messaging is important here. We don’t need to scare people away from the J&J vaccine needlessly. That’s been the problem with the AZ vaccine in Europe. Don’t wanna repeat that mistake.

I suspect we will be dosing people with J&J again by next month.

An NFL wife is in the hot seat after a Twitter rant about new COVID rules for the upcoming season. Rachel Bush is the wife of Buffalo Bills safety Jordan Poyer. The Buffalo Bills play in Erie County, New York. The Erie County Executive announced that all fans and staff must be fully vaccinated to attend games this fall.

Bush, who says she recently had COVID, took to Twitter. She called the move ā€œunconstitutional,ā€ and said she is ā€œalarmedā€ she is by ā€œthe amount of Americans that think it’s perfectly okay for the government to force an experimental vaccine on citizens.ā€ She says she shouldn’t have to be force to get a vaccine to see her husband play live. Poyer, so far, hasn’t spoken publicly about his wife’s tweets.

The Bill made a statement that it is not a constitution right to attend a football game

Yep,I guess a private business can do what it wants; however, it will interesting to see what happens when a public business/institution, etc requires a vaccine that is not fully FDA approved. That may open a whole can of worms. Of course all that is moot once the FDA gives full approval.

Fauci on Capital Hill today. I wonder which direction the wind is blowing with him today? Lick his fingers and hold them up. Now he’s pimping boosters. You cannot convince me he’s the best person to advise Congress on serious topics.

You might want to check out Rachel Bush and her social media. Well worth your time.

Just further confirmation that they don’t hand out brains with T&A.

NOR SHOULD THEY!!!
