CUSA Spring Meetings underway in Florida

Of course we have to go to another conference schools’ local paper to get the story:

Good read though - interesting there was so much talk about officials…

I have been checking out ODUblitz.com for a while now to learn more about Our future opponents. They have excellent coverage, really top notch. If we had that kind of coverage from the observer…

Is the Observer even aware that we’re changing conferences?

I’d wonder if any could tell you the conference we’ve been in for the last 7 years first.

I can see the chuckles now of CUSA ADs when Judy walks in. What a freakin image.

Not “grow up”. F OFF!

Will be interesting to see who are in the divisions, etc.

Thanks for the link. What is there to be discussed regarding bball officiating if officials are assigned regionally, not by conference?

Only the top 7 teams qualify for the CUSA Men’s Soccer Tournament. We should be a top 7 team but CUSA has some good soccer teams.

Considering a road trip out west to include the men’s basketball tourney. Probably won’t, but when I floated the idea, the wife seemed receptive. :o ;D

El Paso hosting the men’s basketball tournament? Do they expect many fans to make the trip out to the most difficult to reach school? I say bring the men’s basketball tournament to Charlotte at least some fans could drive here or find at least find an available flight here.

News to me I think Charlotte, Nashville, or Orlando would be much better sites for the CUSA basketball tournament.
