Interview he did with an Arkansas sports talk radio show yesterday, he mentions us as still recruiting him.
These show hosts are a little misinformed saying the Izundu reclassified from the Class of 2016 to 2015. I don’t recall that. Anybody know for sure???

Izundu had planned to make his commitment May 15 but that has been pushed back to May 21.

Gotta say that this long process is getting old. Just commit already. Don’t leave your sister behind.

And all those damn tornadoes that hit Florida (and hurricanes) and Arkansas Every year. Hopefully they have storm shelters where he is visiting. Scary place to live.

clt adds that our sloppy joe is vastly superior.

When I drove through Knoxville yesterday afternoon, they said on 94.3 sports that Arkansas had offered Izundu’s coach a job…no confirmation of same.

That would end any chance of Izundu going there.

it would? then why would they hire him?

That would end any chance of Izundu going there.
Did they crack down on that? That used to be common practice. Memphis just hired some dude a couple years ago because he has 3 sons in the top 100.

I told them that Izundu’s coach was going and said something like “maybe they’re offering his coach a job and funding his trip under the guise of a job interview?”

Tennessee knows all about that, they hired Wade Houston to get his son Allan. :).

We can offer him something no one else can, the chance to play all home games before family and friends and that is priceless

After all these official visits are completed, it would be great if Ebuka could
make one more un-official stop at the Charlotte campus just to refresh his memory
about how much love he would receive here.

Maybe the tornadoes in TX and OK will make it to Arkansas. That would certainly help my decision…

Actually it comes with a Price.

Agree 100% with the sentiment though, and like charlieniner not only do I hope he makes one final visit, I’m pretty sure he will. Has been consistently the case for him to make regular visits to campus.

showin’ da love!

Cinci dropped to cool on 247. other 4 locations still listed as warm.

Latest speculation from Knoxville.

So who will fill the final spot? All signs seem to point to Ebuka Izundu.

Allfortennessee.com: Who will Rick Barnes get to fill the final spot?

Most recent has Arkansas, Miami, Tennessee, and Texas Tech as warm, while Charlotte listed as cool. “Crystal Ball” predictions have Vols at 50%, with Charlotte at 20%, and Arkansas and Miami at 10% apiece.

Oh Please let him go anywhere else than Knoxville and, wherever he goes, let him just decide already. >:(
