I can see this being a hit and going viral based on Poggi and how he is likely to be capture/portrayed in the doc. Add on some wins (especially an upset) and the viewership will soar which helps our brand and recruiting. Such a smart call to have this in place and excited to see an Alumnus helping fund the cost too.
Completely agree. The timing couldnât be any betterâŠespecially IF we can have a better than expected season. More eyeballsâŠmore casual fansâŠmore attentionâŠmore exposureâŠetc All of which could lead to a significant boost in recruiting, donors & $$$$$$$.
But if we lay an eggâŠitâs a stage for magnifying our failure.
Gotta have at least a good/solid season. A magical season combined with this exposure could be program changing. Especially with realignment still happening. See what Tulane did with one good year and no Biff and no documentaryâŠimagine the possibilities.

I think its a win-win. Or at least win-draw. If we suck, no one will be tuning in to ESPN+ to watch a 3-9 teamâs story other than us on this board. If we have a bowl to play for at the end of the year, I could see the average fan tune in/binge watch in December.

I think I may have posted this already. Apologies if so.
Really looking forward to this series. My only hope is this first episode doesnât overly stress the negatives of previous teams in a personal way that alienates those players that have paid the way for our future successes. Had to say that but canât wait to check it out and follow along each week. Hope we can put together a very special season because, as others have stated, this type of exposure could push us forward in a massive way if things go well.
